Tenants sign in to see their lease, rent, and maintenance. Office staff sign in to manage tenants, leases, and requests.
The portal runs on what you add — nothing here is sample data. Work through it in this order:
Everyone renting — or about to rent — a Quincy Rents unit.
Every rentable unit, its rent, and whether it’s occupied or open.
Draft a lease, send it out for signature, and watch it come back signed.
Requests from tenants and ones you log yourself, tracked from new to done.
Who owes what, when it’s due, and what’s paid or late.
